To Place Your Order:

1. Select your preferred design.
2. Specify the name you'd like to personalise the bag with. Please note it should be a single word. If it's two words, please keep it short due to space constraints. If you prefer to leave it blank, please indicate "leave blank." The font is fixed, and we also accept Chinese and Korean characters.
3. Please be aware that this is a pre-order item. We retain the right to cancel orders if we are unable to secure stocks and will provide a full refund. Additionally, allow a MINIMUM of 30 working days from the close of the pre-order for this item to arrive.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We are unable to refund or offer exchanges for orders except under the following circumstances:

• If the items received differ from what is stated on the invoice.
• If the items received are defective.

In such cases, kindly notify us via theblushsparkle@gmail.com or DM us via IG within 2 business days and return the items in their original condition (unwashed and unworn). For products deemed defective, The Blush Sparkle will provide a full refund, covering delivery and return costs.

We encourage you to ask any questions prior to making a purchase and to consult the size guide for measurements. While we strive to ensure that the product colors and size guide on our website are accurate, please allow for up to a 5% - 10% variation in color, as there might be slight differences compared to what you see on screen. Additionally, expect up to a 1-inch variation in size, as most of our products are handmade. In such instances, these items cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore, please be certain that any slight variations in color and size (if any) from our final products would be acceptable to you.
