Please note that this is a pre-order item. We reserve the right to cancel the order should we fail to secure the stocks and will provide a full refund. In case we fail to secure any fabric options, we will need to DM, you will be notified. Kindly also note that it will take a MINIMUM 30 working days from close of PO for this item to arrive.
Please also note that we are unable to refund or offer an exchange for all orders outside Singapore unless due to the following circumstances:
- Items received are different from what is stated on the invoice
- Items received is defective
In such circumstances, please notify us via theblushsparkle@gmail.com or DM via IG within 2 business days and return the items in the original condition (unwashed and unworn). The Blush Sparkle will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return.
As such, we encourage you to ask any questions prior to any purchase and check the size guide for measurements. While we will do our best to ensure that the product colours and size guide shown on our website are accurate, please allow up to 5% - 10% of variation as there might be a slight colour difference compared to what you see on screen and up to 1 inch variation in size as most of our products are handmade. In such instances, they cannot be returned or refunded, therefore you should be sure that any slight colour and size variations (if any) that are possible from our final products would be acceptable.
